Are you the same company as Ever Beauty® UAE?

We are not the same company however, we are a separately registered company with the same brand for the South African territory. We however do work with some of the same suppliers and trading company in China and may stock certain items distributed by Ever Beauty® trading (L.L.C) that we believe are suitable for the South African market.

What is Ever Beauty® SA exclusive?

Ever Beauty® SA exclusive is an exclusive range of makeup that has been formulated by our South African Brand and Product Director together with international product manufacturing specialists. This range has been meticulously created to meet the needs and wants of the diverse South African market, and is currently exclusively available only within the South African territory.

Are Ever Beauty® products vegetarian?

Yes, we do not use any animal products in the manufacturing of our goods. However please note that our lipsticks and gel products may contain beeswax. All our products are packaged & labelled with clear descriptions of ingredients used in the manufacturing.

Where are Ever Beauty® products manufactured?

All Ever Beauty® & Ever Beauty® SA exclusive products are produced in China.

Are Ever Beauty® products tested on animals?

No, our products are animal cruelty free.

Are Ever Beauty® SA & Ever Beauty® products certified internationally?

Our EverBeauty® SA exclusive range has been manufactured following global regulatory and health standards. Ever Beauty® SA exclusive products have been produced by a certified factory that meets the regulatory requirements and global standards for consumer cosmetic products, and follows good manufacturing practices.

Our manufacturing plant has been exporting and manufacturing for international cosmetic brands throughout the world, including Europe and the U.S.  All EverBeauty® SA exclusive products meet the regulatory requirements set out in the GMPC.

The EverBeauty® range distributed by EverBeauty® trading (L.L.C) is not manufactured by the same factory used by EverBeauty® SA exclusive range. We do not stock the entire range of the EverBeauty® trading (L.L.C ) products as they are predominately produced for the UAE market. We do however work with their china trading company and may choose to distribute certain products that we feel are suitable for the South African market.

Those products distributed by EverBeauty® trading (L.L.C) are not certified by the above global certification centres’ as it is not a requirement for the UAE market. However all products have clear description of ingredients used in the manufacturing, and meet the import & label requirements for the South African cosmetic market.

Shipping & Delivery Information

How much is delivery?

We charge a standard fee of R80.00 on orders with a total of less than R350.00. An order that is more than R350.00 (after promotional vouchers have been deducted) is delivered free of charge (does not incur any delivery charges).

Should your delivery address be located in a rural area, please contact us to check if we can post your parcel to the nearest post office. This may incur an additional surcharge.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all physical addresses located in major cities within South Africa. We do not deliver internationally. Should your delivery address be located in a rural area, please contact us to check if we can post your parcel to the nearest post office.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you have checked out & completed your online payment on our website, our dispatch team will need to prepare goods for you. We will issue you with a parcel tracking number as soon as your goods have been dispatched. You will then be able to track the status of your parcel. Depending on where your order is going, deliveries will take between 3 – 5 working days.  Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will only be delivered will only be delivered the next week as Fastway couriers do not deliver on weekends.

What happens if I am out when you deliver?

Our courier will attempt to deliver again and thereafter make contact with you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

What are your delivery times?

Our delivereies are made via FastWay Courier Services from 09h00 to 17h00, Monday to Friday.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you realize that the package is damaged before accepting the delivery, please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform us. If you have accepted the delivery, and then realize that the package is damaged,  please follow our return and exchange policy.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your delivery/shipping address only if your order has not already been dispatched.

Can you hold my order for a few days?

Please contact us at customer care to advise us about such exceptions, we shall try our best to accommodate your instructions.
